1. Booking and Payment
Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure your spot. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another participant you suggest — just let us know in advance.
Payment Options:
We offer flexible payment plans of up to 4 instalments.
Example - Shared Room Price:
2-instalment plan: €500 deposit + 1 payment of €1,210
3-instalment plan: €500 deposit + 2 payments of €605
4-instalment plan: €500 deposit + 3 payments of €405
Early Bird Discount (€200 off until October 15th, 2025):
