I found in Yoga and Meditation a way to deal with stress, anxiety and a lot of unprocessed emotions.

I'm excited to take you on a journey through my life's chapters. My story is one of profound transformation, fueled by resilience, and illuminated by self-discovery. Though my roots trace back to Mozambique, my upbringing in Portugal, coupled with a fulfilling stint of four years in London, amplified my love for global exploration.

My path led me straight from completing my masters in applied mathematics to the bustling world of corporate dynamics. For two decades, I found myself immersed in the corporate hustle, constantly on the move, battling stress, and feeling overwhelmed. Despite the outward appearances of success – good jobs, a good circle of friends, and financial stability – I couldn't escape the inner void that left me unfulfilled and unhappy. My upbringing, marked by instability and unhappiness within my family, planted seeds of insecurity and self-doubt in me. The tragic loss of my mother to depression and suicide when I was just 26 deepened my sense of hopelessness, leaving me adrift in a world that felt devoid of meaning.

As I navigated the dual roles of a high-achiever in the corporate world and a conflicted soul within, my health began to suffer. Asthma, fatigue, depression and a general fragility became my companions. I was living a life that seemed fulfilling to others but was slowly eroding my body and mind. I had become two people – one projected to the world and another hidden within.

At the age of 30, seeking a way out of this cycle, I embarked on a journey of self-discovery and healing. I turned to professional guidance and embraced Yoga and Meditation, hoping to find the balance that had eluded me. In these practices, I discovered the tools to confront my stress, anxiety, and unprocessed emotions. Learning to listen to my body and acknowledge my pain became pivotal in my transformation. I built a bridge to my inner self, fostering trust, connection, and self-love. Through this process, I fell in love with the unique individual that I was becoming.

The impact of Yoga and Meditation on my life was profound. A flame was ignited within me, propelling me to delve deeper into these practices. My journey led me to becoming a 500-hour certified Yoga instructor recognized by Yoga Alliance, a testament to my dedication and expertise in this transformative field.

Today, with nearly two decades of personal practice and experience, I am committed to guiding you on your own path towards balance and well-being. In 2020, I realized my dream of opening a Yoga Studio in Mozambique. It has been an incredible journey, connecting me with amazing individuals and allowing me to support them as they embark on their own journeys of growth.
