My Yoga Classes

Move with awareness, breathe deeply, and finish with a short meditation — so you leave each class feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.

My teaching is inspired by Ashtanga Yoga - keeping the focus on breath, movement, and flow, while adapting the sequence to suit different bodies, levels, and needs.

No previous experience is needed. Just bring your mat, wear something comfortable, and give yourself this time.

⚠️ Please note: In-person classes are paused from 17th October to 15th November, as I’ll be travelling through India for a retreat and the preparation of next year’s program.

The Online Studio

While I’m away, you can keep your practice alive through my Online Studio, which includes:

You don’t need any previous experience — just your mat, something comfortable, and a little time for yourself.
