Terms & Conditions

1. Booking and Payment

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of €500 is required to secure your spot. If you're unable to attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to another participant you suggest — just let us know in advance.

Payment Options:
We offer flexible payment plans of up to 4 instalments.

Example - Shared Room Price:

  • 2-instalment plan: €500 deposit + 1 payment of €1,210

  • 3-instalment plan: €500 deposit + 2 payments of €605

  • 4-instalment plan: €500 deposit + 3 payments of €405

Early Bird Discount (€200 off until January 6th, 2026):

  • ✅ Applied immediately for full payment options

  • ✅ Deducted from the final instalment in payment plans

2. Cancellation Policy

  • 120 to 90 days before retreat: 30% of the total retreat price will be retained (deposit excluded)

  • 89 to 60 days: 50% retained (deposit excluded)

  • 59 to 30 days: 75% retained (deposit excluded)

  • Less than 30 days: 100% of the total is non-refundable

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The retreat organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental health to attend the retreat. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional prior to booking.

5. Visa and Travel Requirements

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa, passport, and other necessary travel documents for entry into India. The organizer is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses, such as airfare or travel costs.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, local culture, and fellow attendees. Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses sustained during the retreat. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. Photography and Media

By attending the retreat, you consent to having photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
