Cancellation and Refund Policy

For cancellations initiated by the Organizer:
In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a new retreat date.

For cancellations initiated by the Participant:

• 89–60 days before the retreat start date: 25% of the total price is non-refundable.

• 59–30 days before the retreat start date: 50% of the total price is non-refundable.

• 30 days or less before the retreat start date: 100% of the total price is non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend but can provide a replacement participant, we may accept the replacement, subject to approval. Please contact us to discuss this option.
