Cancelation Policy

For cancelations made by the Organiser, full refund or a New Retreat date will be arranged;

Cancelations made by the Participant:

• 89 – 60 days prior to the retreat starting date: 25% of price will be retained.

• 59 - 30 days prior to the retreat starting date: 50% of price will be retained.

• 30 days or less prior to the retreat starting date: 100% of price will be retained.

Deposit will be taken if you miss the retreat.

Please note: no refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures. Deposits are non-refundable if you miss the retreat.
