Throughout the class, we’ll flow through transformative poses like Wild Thing (Camatkarasana) and Pincha Mayurasana, encouraging both physical strength and emotional balance. These postures challenge us to explore vulnerability and grace while staying connected to the present moment.
We conclude with a calming meditation to deepen your inner connection and a restful Savasana, allowing your body and mind to integrate the practice fully.
