Interrupt the pattern → change the message your body sends back.
Try these micro-interruptions (repeat them whenever you can):
1️⃣ Break the spell of sitting (1 minute)
Stand up. Move your spine forward, back, sideways and twist.
Not a stretch — a nervous-system reboot.
2️⃣ Decompress the chest (45 seconds)
Open the front body, lift the sternum, widen the collarbones.
You breathe better, your anxiety drops, and your posture resets instantly.
3️⃣ Wake up the ankles (30 seconds)
Rotate them, flex/point, shake the legs.
Circulation restarts like turning on a tap.
These aren’t workouts.
These are simple system updates, the ones your body is desperate for.
