Mozambique & Kruger Park, Feb 2027

Mozambique & Kruger: The Practice and The Journey

February 6–17, 2027

12 Days of Ocean, Island Diving & Wild Safari

This is an 12-day confrontation with the rawest forces of nature. We are bypassing the typical tourist resorts to put you directly in the paths of the earth’s most powerful ecosystems: the untouched marine sanctuaries of Mozambique and the legendary, predator-heavy territory of Kruger.

We begin on the coast of Vilankulos, diving into the remote coral reefs of the Bazaruto Archipelago to track rare marine life. We then cross through the cultural grit of Maputo before driving deep into Kruger, a massive, unyielding wilderness where lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo rule the landscape.

This journey is about absolute presence. No fluff, no performance. Just daily movement, deep breath, and heavy exposure to the wild.

Who This Retreat Is For

This experience is designed for you if you are:

  • Trading the Northern Hemisphere Winter for Pure Heat: Ready to escape the freezing, grey February winter and swap it for the intense African sun, warm ocean currents, and starry summer nights.

  • An African First-Timer or Explorer: You have either never set foot on this continent or you are craving an encounter with parts of the world that still feel completely wild, raw, and untouched by mass tourism.

  • Seeking Deep Rest Beyond Conventional Wellness Travel: Done with comfortable resorts and looking for a real, deep reset that changes how you live.

  • Ready to Reconnect with Your Body: Open to daily yoga and movement practices adapted entirely to the environment around you.

  • Drawn to Nature as a Tool for Clarity: Ready to let the open ocean and the vast savanna strip away the mental fatigue and digital noise of everyday life.

  • A Conscious Traveler: Someone who values small, intentional group dynamics and wants a perfect balance between deep stillness and raw adventure.

No previous yoga experience is required, only willingness to slow down and be present.

Hello, I’m Cristina Dionísio

I am a Yoga Teacher and Human Transformation Mentor, and the creator of an integrative approach that crosses conscious movement, somatic practice, and ancestral wisdom. After more than 20 years in the corporate world, I found in yoga a path of deep transformation, which I have been teaching since 2020.

With roots in an Ashtanga practice, my work builds a bridge between tradition and the study of nervous system regulation. My classes focus on the subtle listening to the body and building an inner safe harbor, offering practical tools to live with more clarity and presence.

In this space, the focus shifts from "doing" to "being", replacing the rigidity of control with the intelligence of the body. It is an invitation to drop the weight of performance and show up for your life with an open heart.
