Why This Workshop?
Menopause and perimenopause are natural stages of a woman’s life, but they often come with challenges that catch us by surprise: muscle loss, emotional ups and downs, insomnia, hot flashes, weight gain, and that bloated feeling that just doesn’t seem to go away.
At 49, I began noticing my cycle becoming less regular, and those symptoms that so many women talk about started to show up. I chose not to ignore what my body was telling me. I studied, consulted Ayurvedic specialists, and explored yoga practices, natural supplementation, and lifestyle changes to make this transition smoother and more conscious.
Throughout my life, I’ve seen how this topic was often a taboo for previous generations, leaving many women to face this stage alone. It’s time to change that. It’s time to talk, to connect, and to remember that we are not alone. There are simple and effective ways to navigate this phase with more balance, vitality, and peace.

No mat needed! Just find a comfortable place to sit or move, wear comfortable clothes, and have a notebook handy to jot down any tips and practices you’d like to remember.

Who Am I?
I’m Cristina Dionísio — a yoga teacher, a former executive with over 20 years in the corporate world, and a woman learning, just like many of you, to embrace this new phase of life. Through yoga, the daily practices I integrate, and a lot of research, I’ve found ways to ease menopause symptoms, respect my body, and maintain the vitality we often think we’ve lost.
