What you will Learn?
01.Warm-up and Preparation

No. You do not need to be able to balance away from the wall. You can choose to use the wall throughout in this workshop. Learning a straight line headstand and handstand will help in your endeavor to eventually move away from the wall.

No, you can use the studio mats but if you have your own mat, please bring it with you
