Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Booking & Payment

• Early Bird Price: €65 for bookings completed and paid by September 20th.

• Regular Price: €110 for bookings made from September 21st onwards.

• Confirmation: Your spot is only fully confirmed once full payment is received.

2️⃣ Cancellation & Spot Transfer

• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable.

• Transfer Your Spot: If you can no longer attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member. Please inform us.

3️⃣ Health & Safety

• Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental condition to attend. If unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before booking.

4️⃣ Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

• In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund (100%) of the ticket price will be issued.

5️⃣ Code of Conduct

• Please respect the space, the group, and the natural environment. Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the retreat without a refund.

6️⃣ Liability

• The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or personal losses during the event. Participation is at your own risk.

7️⃣ Photography & Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the event for promotional use. If you do not wish to appear, please let us know in writing prior to the retreat.
