✅ Travel Insurance – Strongly recommended! It should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected delays.
✅ Vaccinations & Health Precautions – Consult your doctor for recommended vaccinations and health advice. Common recommendations include Hepatitis A, Typhoid, and routine vaccinations.
✅ Medications – If you take prescription medicine, bring enough for your trip. Carry a small first-aid kit with essentials like pain relievers, stomach relief, and electrolytes. -
🧘 Yoga Gear – Comfortable yoga clothing, a lightweight yoga mat (if you prefer your own), and a small towel.
🌞 Weather-Appropriate Clothing – Light, breathable fabrics for warm weather and a light jacket for cooler mornings/evenings.
🕶️ Sun Protection – Sunglasses, a hat, and high-SPF sunscreen.

Cancellation Timeline:
90+ days before the retreat: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
30-89 days before the retreat: 50% refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
