  • ✅ Passport / ID: If you are travelling from within the European Union or the Schengen Area, a valid national ID card is enough. Travellers from outside the EU will need a passport valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of entry.

    ✅ Visa: Most nationalities (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) do not require a visa for short stays in Italy (up to 90 days within a 180-day period). Please check visa requirements according to your nationality.

    ✅ Flights: Book your flights to Catania Fontanarossa Airport (CTA) in Sicily. It’s the closest international airport to the retreat venue. We will provide details about the meeting point, transfer options, and group transport closer to the retreat start date.

  • ✅ Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended! It should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected delays.


    ✅ Health & Safety: No mandatory vaccinations are required to enter Italy. Standard European healthcare is widely available, and EU residents can use their EHIC / GHIC card.

  • Cancellation Timeline:

    • 90+ days before the retreat: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.

    • 30-89 days before the retreat: 50% refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.

    • Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds.

    Travel Insurance:
    We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
