✅ Passport: Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date, with at least one blank page for entry/exit stamps.

✅ Visa: Most nationalities (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) do not require a visa to enter Peru for stays up to 90 days. Please double-check the requirements for your nationality before travelling.

✅ Flight Tickets: Book your international flights to Lima (Jorge Chávez International Airport) as soon as possible to secure good connections and better prices. We will provide details of internal flights once the group is confirmed.

✅ Vaccinations / Health – No mandatory vaccinations for Peru. Yellow fever vaccination is recommended if you are visiting the Amazon. Talk to your doctor or travel clinic about recommended vaccines and medication (e.g. altitude sickness prevention for Cusco/Lake Titicaca).

✅ Travel Insurance – Strongly recommended. Your insurance should cover medical care, trip cancellations, and unexpected delays.

✅ Medications – If you take prescription medicine, bring enough for your trip. Carry a small first-aid kit with essentials like pain relievers, stomach relief, and electrolytes.

Cancellation Timeline:

• 90+ days before the retreat: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.

• 30-89 days before the retreat: 50% refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.

• Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds.

Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
