✅ Passport: Make sure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date and has at least one blank page for entry and exit stamps.
✅ Visa
Peru: Most nationalities (EU, UK, US, Canada, Australia, etc.) do not need a visa for tourist stays of up to 90 days. Always double-check based on your nationality.
Bolivia: Requirements vary.
Many European passports enter visa-free (usually for up to 90 days).
US citizens require a tourist visa (typically valid for 30 days per entry, up to 90 days per year). It can often be obtained on arrival or from a Bolivian consulate beforehand.
Chile: Most nationalities do not need a visa for stays of up to 90 days and will receive a tourist entry stamp upon arrival. Proof of sufficient funds may be requested.
✅ Flights: Book your international flight to Lima (LIM) – Jorge Chávez International Airport. We’ll share details about domestic flights, overland border crossings, and transfers once the group is confirmed.

✅ Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended! It should cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and unexpected delays.
✅ Health & VaccinationsYellow Fever: Recommended if you plan to visit low-altitude or Amazon regions in Peru or Bolivia. It’s not required to enter Peru but may be requested at certain internal border crossings.
Altitude: Lima is at sea level, but Cusco, the Altiplano, La Paz, and Uyuni are all at high altitude. Plan time to acclimatise and talk to your doctor about altitude medication.
Travel Insurance: Strongly recommended — ensure your policy covers medical care, trip cancellations, and unexpected delays.

Cancellation Timeline:
90+ days before the retreat: Full refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
30-89 days before the retreat: 50% refund of amounts paid, excluding the deposit.
Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds.
Travel Insurance:
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations or interruptions.
