1. Booking and Payment

Deposit

To secure your spot, a €1.000 deposit is required.

Payment Plan

A €1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place on the retreat.

The remaining balance can be paid in up to 3 instalments, with the payment schedule agreed at the time of booking. A 5% instalment fee will be added to the outstanding balance when choosing a payment plan.

The full amount, including the instalment fee, must be paid no later than December 31st, 2026.

For bookings made after December 31st, 2026, the full retreat fee must be paid at the time of booking.

Your place is confirmed once the €1,000 deposit has been received.

Private Room Option

All prices listed are for shared accommodations. If you prefer a private room, an additional €850 will be added to the total retreat price.

Early Bird Discount

The €300 early bird discount is valid until November 15th, 2026.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 180 to 90 days prior to the retreat: 30% of the total retreat price will be retained.

• 89 to 60 days prior to the retreat: 50% of the total retreat price will be retained.

• 60 days or less prior to the retreat: 100% of the total retreat price will be retained.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The retreat organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental health to attend the retreat. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional prior to booking.

5. Visa and Travel Requirements

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa, passport, and other necessary travel documents for entry into India. The organizer is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses, such as airfare or travel costs.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, local culture, and fellow attendees. Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses sustained during the retreat. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. Photography and Media

By attending the retreat, you consent to having photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
