1. Booking and Payment

Deposit:
To secure your spot, a €500 deposit is required. This deposit becomes non-refundable once paid.

Payment Plans (for shared room):
We offer three flexible installment options:

• 6-Month Plan: €500 deposit + €505/month
  (Available for bookings made until April 15th, 2025)

• 8-Month Plan: €500 deposit + €380/month
  (Available for bookings made until February 15th, 2025)

• 10-Month Plan: €500 deposit + €305/month
  (Available for bookings made until January 15th, 2025)

Private Room Option:
All prices listed are for shared accommodations. If you prefer a private room, an additional €850 will be added to the total retreat price.

Early Bird Discount:
The €300 early bird discount (valid until April 15th, 2025) will be:

• Applied immediately for full payment bookings, or

• Deducted from the final installment of any payment plan.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 120 to 90 days prior to the retreat: 30% of the total retreat price will be retained.

• 89 to 60 days prior to the retreat: 50% of the total retreat price will be retained.

• 59 to 30 days prior to the retreat: 75% of the total retreat price will be retained.

• 30 days or less prior to the retreat: 100% of the total retreat price will be retained.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The retreat organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental health to attend the retreat. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional prior to booking.

5. Visa and Travel Requirements

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa, passport, and other necessary travel documents for entry into India. The organizer is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses, such as airfare or travel costs.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, local culture, and fellow attendees. Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses sustained during the retreat. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. Photography and Media

By attending the retreat, you consent to having photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
