1. Booking and Payment

• Deposit: A deposit of €1,000 is required to secure your spot.

  • This deposit is fully refundable until February 15, 2025.

  • After this date, the deposit becomes non-refundable.

• Payment Options:
  We offer three flexible payment plans:

  1. 3-Month Plan: €1,000 deposit + €940 per month.

  2. 6-Month Plan: €1,000 deposit + €490 per month.

  3. 8-Month Plan: €1,000 deposit + €370 per month.

  4. 10-Month Plan: €1,000 deposit + €295 per month.

  The early bird discount of €300 (valid until March 31, 2025) will be:

  • Applied immediately to full payment options, or

  • Deducted from the final installment of payment plans.

2. Cancellation Policy

• 120 to 90 days prior to the retreat: 30% of the total retreat price will be retained, excluding the deposit.

• 89 to 60 days prior to the retreat: 50% of the total retreat price will be retained, excluding the deposit.

• 59 to 30 days prior to the retreat: 75% of the total retreat price will be retained, excluding the deposit.

• 30 days or less prior to the retreat: 100% of the total retreat price will be retained.

3. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions. The retreat organizer is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred.

4. Health and Safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental health to attend the retreat. If you have any concerns, please consult a healthcare professional prior to booking.

5. Visa and Travel Requirements

It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa, passport, and other necessary travel documents for entry into India. The organizer is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Changes or Cancellations by the Organizer

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled by the organizer, a full refund of all payments made will be provided.
The organizer is not responsible for additional expenses, such as airfare or travel costs.

7. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to respect the retreat environment, local culture, and fellow attendees. Any disruptive behavior may result in dismissal from the retreat without refund.

8. Liability

The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or losses sustained during the retreat. Participation is at the attendee’s own risk.

9. Photography and Media

By attending the retreat, you consent to having photographs or videos taken during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in these materials, please inform us in writing prior to the retreat.
