1️⃣ Booking & Payment

💶 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of €50 is required to secure your spot.
If you can no longer attend, you're welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member — just let us know at least 15 days in advance.

📅 Final Payment
The remaining amount must be paid by August 28th, 2025. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment is received.

🎁 Early Bird Discount
Book by August 1st, 2025 and get €30 off, applied to your final payment.

2️⃣ Payment Options

💳 You can choose to:

• Pay in full: €120
  ➤ Or €90 with Early Bird (Until August 1st)

• Pay in two parts:
  • First payment: €50 (non-refundable deposit)
  • Second payment: €70
  • With Early Bird (Until August 1st): second payment is €40

📆 The second payment is due by August 28th, 2025.
🔄 Can’t make it? You can transfer your spot to someone else — just let us know at least 15 days in advance.

3️⃣ Cancellation Policy

❌ Up to 30 days before the retreat: 50% refund (excluding deposit)
❌ Less than 30 days: No refunds
✅ Transfer to another person: allowed up to 15 days before the event

4️⃣ Travel Insurance

✈️ Travel insurance is recommended to cover unexpected situations.
The organizer is not responsible for extra costs due to cancellations, delays, or changes.

5️⃣ Health & Safety

🧘‍♀️ Each participant is responsible for ensuring they are in good physical and mental condition to attend.
If unsure, please consult a healthcare professional before booking.

6️⃣ Changes or Cancellation by the Organizer

⚠️ In the unlikely event that the retreat is cancelled by the organizer, a full refund will be issued.
Travel or accommodation expenses will not be covered.

7️⃣ Code of Conduct

🤝 Please respect the space, the group, and the natural environment.
Disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the retreat without refund.

8️⃣ Liability

⚠️ The organizer is not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or personal losses during the event.
Participation is at your own risk.

9️⃣ Photography & Media

📸 Photos and videos may be taken during the day for promotional use.
If you don’t want to appear, please let us know in writing before the retreat.
